          “Let’s get untangled” is a guided, self-healing, spiritual and practical way of getting unstuck. It’s ‘guided’ because I’ll be there not only to hold the space for you but also to show you the way if needed or to help you regain balance and perspective. It’s ‘self-healing’ because only you have what it takes to help you heal. You are your own expert, I am only a witness. It’s spiritual because I truly believe that there is a healing force available to all that, if called upon, can produce profound transformations in body, mind and emotions. It’s practical because there is no point in doing any of this unless we can use it in everyday life. The process in itself is very simple but extremely powerful. By meeting on a weekly basis for an hour you’ll be able to free yourself from limiting beliefs, gain new awareness and perspective, heal by connecting to something bigger than you, take responsibility for your own thoughts, feelings and behaviours and move forward to where you want to go. You will also be able to strengthen your sense of self and self-worth, identify your unmet needs and fear-based thinking, know and align with your own personal values and challenge your conditioned thinking and behaviour. I’ll be there every step of the way to guide you to feel safe and comfortable with your feelings, empower your confidence to make any positive changes you desire, and help you improve every aspect of your life, health, relationships, career, etc.

          It takes a long time to get tangled up in old ideas and beliefs that don’t serve us anymore. By the time we feel stuck and helpless a long time has passed. So, getting untangled is a process that takes time and a lot of consistent effort. I won’t say the process is easy, but it’s worth it. You deserve to love yourself and live the life you always wanted to live.  

        I strongly believe in changing through awareness and self-responsibility and not by forcing change to happen. Although an effort is necessary to change, this process should never feel like a struggle. We’ll work together to make sure you always feel safe and comfortable. There is no rush, we are here, we made it.
