How long are the sessions?

The initial session lasts around 90 minutes. This will give us enough time to get to know each other a little bit better, establish our main goals and problems, and set clear boundaries and expectations on both parts. The follow-up sessions will last up to 60 minutes.

Can we meet in person?

All my sessions are online using Zoom. This means I can work with clients in any country in the world.

How long will it take to see a result?

It depends on the individual but, in my experience, it takes a whole year to see a profound transformation. We’ll have a chance to review the progress every three months and see if we want to continue or not.

If I need to do the work, why would I need you?

Sometimes we can’t get unstuck because we don’t know how to do it. Having someone with the right perspective can make a huge difference. And that's where I come in. It’s so important to have someone to keep you accountable and encourage you throughout the process.

Is this coaching?

Yes, we might use some goal setting and other coaching techniques. However, I believe that the process is more valuable than the goal. For me, the experience is more important than the outcome.

Is this therapy?

No, but we might use some therapeutic techniques. “Let’s get untangled” is a safe space for you to process anything and everything that might be blocking you from having the life you deserve to live. 

You mention spirituality on your site, do I need to believe in God?

 Absolutely not. All that is required is a minimum of faith in the process. The initial belief that this might work for you is a good start. Just keep an open mind.

Are we going to talk about the past?

Most people feel stuck because there is something in their past that needs to be resolved. Usually, an old belief or idea that was planted in childhood. The meaning of that past event must be resolved and replaced for the mind to release what keeps you stuck in the past. This work is about rewriting limiting beliefs that come from childhood into powerful beliefs that support your values. It’s about achievement and not rehashing the past over and over again. It’s about reaching personal freedom and moving on. We don’t want to retell the story over and over. We want to acknowledge it and move on. We’ll name it but don’t blame it. We are willing to help overcome these fears and obstacles by seeking to understand them, not judge them.

What happens if I don’t wish to continue after a few months?

This is your life and your path so you are free to leave (and will be encouraged to) if this doesn't serve you. I am here only to support you in your journey.

What’s expected from a client?

Apart from common courtesy, my only two requirements are honesty and willingness. We can only make it work if we are open and honest with each other. This is your journey, your life and your work, if something doesn’t feel right it’s important for me to know. Honesty, openness and trust are key.

Are we going to do trauma or inner child work?

 I am not a qualified psychologist or counsellor so in that strict sense, we won’t. But, as Aristotle put it “Give me a child until he is seven and I will show you the man.” Most of our issues are rooted in childhood so we’ll probably have to talk about it and see where these beliefs that are blocking you are coming from.

What will I get from the process?

You will increase your self-awareness, strengthen your self-worth, identify your unmet needs, stand strong in your values, and find the confidence to make any positive changes you desire.
